    Do we need your help in order to use the data?

    We guide you through the report data and help you understand the insights generated as a standard service included in our analytics. We provide standard consulting services too, so we can help you develop and implement system and process optimizations. If you’d like to learn to use our tools and apply our improvement techniques on your own in the future, we’re happy to help you. We provide specialized one-on-one training or seminar style education.

    Do you have to learn our processes before we participate?

    Is our data safe?

    YES! We don’t ask for personal info, any proprietary company information or performance data during our surveys. We use Qualtrics® as our online survey platform, the industry leader. Qualtrics uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption (also known as HTTPS) for all transmitted data and the services are hosted by trusted data centers that are independently audited using the industry standard SSAE-18 method.

    Do you need personal information from our team members?

    No. All we need are contact emails by team groups - which we never use except for sending the survey links. We will need some phone contact with administrative liaisons you designate to ensure the data collection proceeds smoothly.

    Do you share our data?

    NO! As a default, your data, analytics reports, and our relationship with you is held confidential. To further protect individual privacy, we do not share team members’ survey response data in our interactions with you as a client or anyone else. Your data may affect our learning algorithms and reported averages/trends, but at that point it is completely de-identified from you as a company.

    What kind of questions do you ask our employees?

    We ask your team members about the processes and systems that they encounter doing their job. They are typically answered using a likert type opinion scale. They’re designed to get to the perspectives we need without requiring performance details, metrics or any proprietary information.
